8th WORLD WILDNERSS CONGRESS
Carl served as the official photographer for the 8th
World Wilderness Congress, a seven-day event held in
downtown Anchorage from September 30 through October 6,
2005. All plenary and evening programs were photographed,
along with a sampling of afternoon concurrent sessions,
the opening and closing sessions, the Conservation Photography
Symposium kickoff, and interactions among congress attendees.
By accessing the photography site below, you will be able
to purchase individual prints as well as the official 8th
World Wilderness Congress Photo CD, containing all of the
photos from the Congress. For prints, merely select the
image you like and the appropriate size. All individual
